We have a robust integration with PowerDMS that - for you - is very easy to access. Simply add your PowerDMS database credential to your Assist Chat configuration, and we take it from there. You continue to manage your policies and procedures in PowerDMS, and Assist Chat accesses that content to provide your personnel with the information you need.

Assist Chat provides a citation with each response, pointing you to the specific policy documents it referenced when providing an answer. There’s no mystery - you can see which of your agency documents was reviewed to provide the information.

Unfortunately, there’s a very good chance your personnel are already accessing popular LLMs while doing their jobs - and that may include inadvertently exposing incident data. With Assist Chat, your personnel can get the assistance they need in our secure environment, without putting your agency data at risk.

Assist Chat Standard is built with strict safeguards, consistent with Motorola Solutions' commitment to "human in the loop" technology. It operates within a secure, CJIS-compliant cloud environment, so that agency data remains private and is never used to train public large language models (LLMs). The system provides citations for every answer generated, allowing officers and command staff to verify the accuracy of the information against the original source data.
