Third-party software flow-throughs

The following flow-through terms are applicable to Motorola Products that include certain third-party products as listed below.  All Customers or Authorized Users using Products that include the applicable product below are bound to these terms. These terms may be changed from time to time, as required by the third party provider, and continued use of the Products will be subject to such terms as modified.

Flow-Through Terms

Microsoft On-Premise Terms – terms applicable to Microsoft SQL Server, Data Center, and associated software installed on-premises as part of a Command Center software solution.

Microsoft As-a-Service Terms  – terms applicable to Microsoft RDS, Microsoft SQL Server and associated software installed in a hosted data center or in the cloud as part of a Command Center software solution.

Microsoft Support Service Supplemental Terms - terms applicable to support services provided by Microsoft for P1 CAD Products.

Esri On-Premise Terms – terms applicable to ESRI GIS, ArcGIS software installed on-premises as part of a command center software solution.

Esri As-a-Service Terms  – terms applicable to ESRI GIS software, Universal Map,  installed in a hosted data center or in the cloud as part of a command center software solution

Twilio Service Terms – terms applicable to Twilio services and Motorola Products set out in the Sub-processor list.

ATT Flow-through terms – terms applicable to SMART features on APXNext or APX N devices for Services provided by ATT.
 
Verizon Flow-through terms – terms applicable to SMART features on APXNext or APX N devices for Services provided by Verizon.

Palo Alto - terms and data processing terms applicable to Palo Alto Network software in the ActiveEye MDR solution.

Apple - terms applicable to mobile applications made available via the App Store.

Nokia - terms applicable to Nokia Drone Networks (NDN) products.
