Mission Statement
Railcom specializes in communications solutions for the North American railroad industry. We upgrade systems to digital radio, provide new dispatcher solutions, and manufacture the Trainmaster XD, the newest generation Clean-cab locomotive radio. Our goal is to provide customized, affordable solutions for our customers and total aftermarket support.
Company Information
Railcom was founded in 1981. We became a dealer when Motorola Solutions started dealerships in 1988. Railcom has become known for its expertise and service within the railroad industry. The majority of our business has come from customer recommendations.
Focus
Our primary focus is railroad communications and the Trainmaster XD locomotive radio, which utilizes the XPR5550e as transceiver. It is the next-generation Clean-cab railroad radio, which operates in analog or MOTOTRBO.
