Through our Essential Services package, PartnerEmpower resellers can help repair failed hardware, update software with new releases, provide technical support and remotely monitor the health of your MOTOTRBO system to provide for sustainable performance and stability. Essential Services includes:
Technical support with Remote access (8x5): our system experts can provide assistance or when necessary remotely access your network to help your PartnerEmpower reseller identify and fix system performance issues or failures. The Essentials package provides cover 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Software updates: whether to access new features, improve functionality or apply bug fixes, the Essentials package means your system can always have the latest software.
Hardware repair (optional): you can select to include repair of any failed MOTOTRBO infrastructure as part of your service package. Repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards by the trained technicians at our central repair facility.
Hardware Repair with Advance Replacement (optional): a replacement unit can be issued when a faulty unit is reported, rather than having to wait for a repair of the original device.
Customer Support Manager: a named individual will take responsibility for managing any incidents as they arise through to completion.
Five year coverage: Essential service packages provide support for 5 years and can be renewed for even longer peace of mind.
On site technical support (optional): two or three continuous days of on-site support from one of our technical experts to assist with installation, configuration and post implementation network testing and troubleshooting. Available with MOTOTRBO Capacity Max only.
Advanced Services for MOTOTRBO Capacity Max Systems
The Advanced Services package is available for MOTOTRBO Capacity Max and includes all the benefits of the Essential package, with even higher levels of support.
Technical support and Remote Access (24x7x365): technical support experts available to remotely access your MOTOTRBO system and help your PartnerEmpower reseller remedy critical faults whenever they happen, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Network updates: if future software enhancements outgrow the capability of your supported hardware, the Advanced Services package will provide upgraded infrastructure for your MOTOTRBO Capacity Max system to keep your network running.
Advanced Plus Services for MOTOTRBO Capacity Max Systems
For the ultimate in system support, Advanced Plus Services for MOTOTRBO Capacity Max provides the features of the Essential and Advanced offerings, plus remote monitoring of the network.
