Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any equipment for repair or replacement, you must obtain an authorized RMA number. Only items explicitly approved and listed on your final RMA confirmation will be processed by the repair depot.
Important Requirements Notice:
Non-warranty items cannot be processed, repaired, or replaced via this channel. If you need a replacement for a non-warranty item, please contact your Avtec Scout Salesperson directly for a quote.
How to Submit Your Request

Once your email is received, an associate will review your warranty entitlements and issue your authorized RMA number along with shipping instructions.
