MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE EUROPE AND NORTH AFRICA REGION
General Conditions of Sale for products and/or services sold by Motorola Solutions through the legal entities listed below:
- The supply of products and / or services by Motorola Solutions is governed by the applicable agreement in force between the Motorola Solutions entity stated on the respective order acknowledgment and the buyer identified on the same (the "Underlying Agreement"), or in the absence of an Underlying Agreement, by the Motorola Solutions General Conditions of Sale set out below as applicable for such Motorola Solutions entity.
- Motorola Solutions shall not be bound by any other terms and conditions, including those which may be included in the buyer´s standard purchase order or which may have governed previous purchase and/or license transactions between the buyer and Motorola Solutions.

- Allgemeine Verkaufsbedingungen für die Erbringung von Reparatur-, Wartungsleistungen und/oder sonstige Dienstleistungen ohne Lieferung von Produkten an Kunden, die in Deutschland, Luxemburg, Österreich oder in der Schweiz registriert sind
- General Conditions of Sale for supply of equipment (with or without provision of services) to buyers with a registered address in other countries of Europe and North Africa Region
- General Conditions of Sale for provision of repairs, maintenance and/or other services (without provision of equipment) to buyers with a registered address in other countries of the Europe and North Africa Region
