New in PremierOne - RELEASE 4.6.9

We're excited to announce the availability of PremierOne 4.6.9! To upgrade your system reach out to your tier-three support manager.

PremierOne CAD

Automatic Dispatch

Agency and incident types are now provisioned to allow dispatching. This will automatically dispatch recommended units when a CAD user creates an incident. This will enable units to be quickly dispatched without the dispatcher needing to review the incident.

Unit GPS Location for FI Command

A new identifier of ARL was added to the FI command which allows CAD users to have the ARL set to “yes” or “no”. When it is set to “yes” the location of the unit will automatically be used, when set to “no” the CAD user can enter the location manually. This will allow for field-initiated reports to be created using the GPS

location which will save time and increase accuracy.

Notification of a Unit Being Dispatched Outside of Jurisdiction

This feature will alert a unit’s supervisor when that unit gets dispatched outside of their jurisdiction. Within provisioning anyone who needs to be notified can be listed and they will be automatically notified of any dispatches outside of the jurisdiction.

Automatic Status Changes Logged to Incident History

PremierOne allows for automatic status changes for various situations, however, when an automatic status change occurred there was no way to tell if it had happened automatically or manually. When status changes are made to incidents it is now logged as automatic or manual.

PremierOne Mobile

Mobile Map Now Opens Behind Mobile Windows

Previously when you opened the Mobile Map (aka the Universal Map)  it would open in front of the Mobile windows application. This has been fixed. By default, the Mobile Map will now open behind the Mobile windows application for Windows users.

New in PremierOne CAD - RELEASE 4.6.8

We're excited to announce the availability of PremierOne 4.6.8! To upgrade your system reach out to your tier three support manager.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Public Safety agencies are scrutinized for their responses to different events. SOP’s are used by Public Safety agencies to guide their personnel on how to respond to certain types of events.  This feature allows for an easier way for personnel to access SOPs during an event.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) allows Administrators to provision agency defined SOP .PDF documents to Incident Response Factors (IRF) with provisioning at the Agency Type and/or Agency Level.

On the PremierOne CAD Client a SOP button has been added to the bottom of the Incident Summary form.  If an incident is created with an IRF that has an SOP provisioned the button and the Summary tab area with highlight.

Enhancements to Manual Address Points

Common places can change frequently.  The ability to have those common place names changed in provisioning without loading new GIS Data is essential.

This feature will be used by GIS personnel, Telecommunicators, and CAD Administrators.

Manual Address Points provide the ability to create common places and address points without having to wait for the GIS data to be updated and then refreshed within PremierOne.

The feature was first released in 4.6.7 and has been further enhanced in 4.6.8.

Increase the Amount of Report Numbers

Certain situations require some agencies to have multiple report numbers to an incident. This new feature allows organizations to add up to 25 reports to an incident.

New in PremierOne CAD - RELEASE 4.6.7

To upgrade your system, reach out to your technical services representative. Customer requests for upgrades will take place as they are currently scheduled.

Manual Address Points

PremierOne CAD User did not have the ability to create Common Places without loading new GPS Data.

Manual Address Points provides the ability to create common places and address points without having to wait for GIS data to be updated and uploaded.

Manual Address Points feature is now available in provisioning in the Mapping area.

CAD Administrators will be able to provision Address Points and Common Places (AP/CP) that do not exist in the current GIS Data.

Manual Address Points will allow for provisioning of Longitude and Latitude for an Address Point and/or Common Places that do or do not have an address.

The address points/common places that are entered into provisioning can be exported to a spreadsheet.  This ability allows for the GIS Administrator to have the data that needs to be added to GIS prior to loading new GIS data.

Once new GIS Data is uploaded to the PremierOne system, the entries into the Manual Address Points will be deleted and the tool will be empty.  It is important for GIS Administrators to check this area of provisioning and ensure that all entries are added to new GIS Data.

Provisioning Audit Tool
PremierOne CAD Administrators are unable to find out who made changes on a specific date/time in provisioning.

Agencies now have the ability to track provisioning changes and audit provisioning information added/deleted by users having permission to access provisioning has been added to PremierOne.

A user who has full administrator access to Provisioning will be able to access the Provisioning Audit Tool (PAT) with their credentials.

The PAT user can search for provisioning changes by date/time, User ID and Agency.   They can search all provisioning areas or check for changes in specific areas.

The show Change Data will display data that was changed in Provisioning.  It will show the old data in red and new data in green.

Data can be exported to a .CSV file if needed.

ANI/ALI Rebid - Update Location
PremierOne CAD users need to update a location of a CAD incident after the creation of the incident with new ANI/ALI data.

The incident update functionality has been enhanced to allow a CAD operator still in contact with a 9-1-1 caller to update the caller's ANI/ALI and third-party RapidSOS data within the Incident Management form in an attempt to obtain more precise location (latitude and longitude) information from a wireless caller. The updated location information received from either ANI/ALI or RapidSOS can then be used to update the incident's location if necessary.

The CAD User can toggle between using ANI/ALI Data or RapidSOS Data.  The Update Incident location button has been added to allow the CAD User to change the incident location to a new location when new ANI/ALI Data is received.

Additional 9-1-1 callers providing pertinent information for an existing incident can also have their ANI/ALI data added to the incident, allowing their reported ANI/ALI or RapidSOS location to be used to update the incident's location

Location Services Available for APX and APX Next

PremierOne agencies using APX and APX Next radios need to be able to integrate with PremierOne CAD.

Customers using APX or APX NEXT devices paired with CommandCentral Aware can begin taking advantage of broadband cellular connectivity to receive location updates more frequently from Location Services. Functionality is similar to existing APX device location mapping and capabilities; however, there is no ability to control the cadence of location updates. Cellular connectivity removes the constraints of sending data over a customer ASTRO system, so there is no need to modify update frequency based on unit status. NOTE: Customers interested in this functionality should consult with their appropriate Motorola Solutions representatives to discuss options.
