Notwithstanding the agreement documents linked here, if a sale is made pursuant to another definitive customer contract agreed to and executed by both you and Motorola Solutions, or the sale is made pursuant to another mutually executed agreement already in effect, then such executed agreement will govern your purchase of products and services.
