You are about to join Motorola Solutions in Poland. Please come on the first day of work to our Office, main reception, Building A, located at 80 Czerwone Maki Street, Krakow, at 9:00.
During your first week at Motorola you will take part in a series of workshops and trainings carried out by members of particular departments, e.g. HR, Finance, Systems and Networks, Health and Safety.
On your first day the training on HR Procedures will be conducted by a member of our HR team. The first part of the training refers to HR services, procedures, and tools that are delivered by the department. The second part, called the documents section, is focused on the job contract you are to sign and documents related to your employment that you are required to collect.
Before you start your employment with us, please familiarize yourself with the Ethics Code, group insurance rules and medical coverage.
For your first day of work (not earlier), please prepare documents and data from the list you can upload below:
You can copy your documents in our office.
You are required to provide us with the work certificate from your previous employer as soon as it is issued.
Please be informed there is no dress code at Motorola Solutions.
All questions related to your employment will be answered on your first day at Motorola.

W pierwszym dniu pracy o godzinie 9:00 zapraszamy Cię do na recepcję główną w budynku A, Green Office, ul. Czerwone Maki 80 w Krakowie.
W pierwszym tygodniu pracy odbędzie się cykl wewnętrznych szkoleń wstępnych z przedstawicielami poszczególnych działów m.in. HR, Finansów, IT, BHP.
W pierwszym dniu pracy zostanie przeprowadzone szkolenie z przedstawicielem działu Zasobów Ludzkich z zakresu procedur HRowych. Pierwsza jego część będzie prezentacją działu i oferowanych przez HR serwisów, procedur oraz narzędzi; druga część - tzw. dokumentacyjna - będzie się wiązała z podpisaniem umowy o pracę, jak również skompletowaniem dokumentów wymaganych przy zatrudnieniu.
Przed rozpoczęciem pracy uprzejmie prosimy o zapoznanie się z kodeksem etycznym, warunkami ubezpieczenia grupowego oraz zakresem opieki medycznej w Medicover zamieszczonymi na portalu.
Prosimy również o przygotowanie na pierwszy dzień pracy (nie wcześniej) dokumentów oraz danych z załączonej poniżej listy:
Kserokopie będzie można wykonać na miejscu.
Świadectwo pracy od poprzedniego pracodawcy należy dostarczyć niezwłocznie po otrzymaniu dokumentu.
W Motorola Solutions nie obowiązuje nas dress code.
Odpowiedzi na wszelkie pytania związane z zatrudnieniem udzielimy w pierwszym dniu pracy.

Motorola Solutions is an industry leader. It serves both enterprise and government customers with core markets in public safety government agencies and commercial enterprises.
In Poland there are two Motorola Solutions offices. In Warsaw we have the Sales office, but main operations are located in Krakow. Our employees who work in the Software Design Center and Finance Shared Service Center each day enable industries worldwide to thrive, achieve and do their best work. There are also other departments located in Krakow which are a part of international teams: Quality Assurance, Learning and EMEA Systems Support Center.
The Krakow Software Design Center operations are focused on APCO 25/TETRA/LTE radio network and subscriber software development. Projects in this space cover development of software for different boxes being part of radio infrastructure, network management solutions for radio network and subscriber terminals. Within the scope of development, operations deliver also applications using radio network communication protocols to deliver range of services for end users. The Center was estabilished in 1998 and through all those years it has become a very significant location for Motorola. We hire the best graduates of IT/Telecommunications related majors and experienced professionals who bring their ideas and innovations to the company.
The Krakow Finance Shared Service Center is a part of our global network of finance centers which provide world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches globally. The Center started its operations in 2007 and supports the EMEA region, Americas and Canada. The Center employs people in the field of General Ledger, revenue cycle, payables, treasury, credit analysis and financial analysis. We speak various languages – English, German, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew, French and many others. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.
