MANAGED WIRELESS SECURITY – DETECT
Service InitiationTo establish your Managed Wireless Security – Detect service, we will:
  • Assign a project manager to manage logistics and review the solution with your technical team
  • Develop an operational plan, including any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Establish connectivity with your network, including preparing event forwarding server(s) as needed
  • Work with your team to transition to your managed service solutions
Single Point of ContactYour customer service manager will be your single point of contact once the recurring phase of service delivery begins
Service DeliveryYour ongoing Managed Wireless Security – Detect service will include:
  • 24x7x365 live remote monitoring of your wireless environment, including notifiying your response team of actionable events and appropriate corrective action
  • Detection and reporting of rogue devices, including up to 16 hours of remediation support by telephone per month1
  • ADSP Wireless Security server software and sensor firmware updates, as needed2
  • Monthly WLAN security reports on event activity, analysis and trends

MANAGED WIRELESS SECURITY – RESOLVE
(ADDS THE FOLLOWING DELIVERABLES TO THE DETECT SERVICE ABOVE)
Service DeliveryYour ongoing Managed Wireless Security – Resolve service will include:
  • 24x7x365 live remote monitoring of your ADSP Wireless Security system
  • Capture and notification of security events, including detection of rogue access points/ports, wireless security policy violations such as encryption mode violations, and attacks or suspected compromises of your systems
  • Up to 16 hours of security event forensics assistance by telephone1,3
Wireless Network Solution ManagementFrom the Motorola SOC, we will manage your ADSP Wireless Security system by:
  • Maintaining up-to-date authorized wireless infrastructure and mobile device inventory in the ADSP Wireless Security server
  • Maintaining alarm policies in the server to appropriately authorize devices and minimize unexpected alarms
  • Adding/deleting sites and sensors in the server as your system evolves4
  • Alerting your response team to sensor offline alarms
  • Providing telephone support to your team as needed to manage your system and assist in remediating events1

1 Motorola’s SOC provides support remotely in English only, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (US Central Time).
2 Excludes upgrades from AirDefense Enterprise to AirDefense Services Platform (ADSP). The service is designed to be delivered thorough Motorola’s ADSP solution; customer is required to purchase the necessary ADSP appliance(s), licenses, hardware and software support contracts as part of this service.
3 Hours do not accumulate or roll over from month to month.
4 Motorola does not physically install any hardware or dispatch any on-site resource as part of this service.
