Each year, at this time, we have the opportunity to let telecommunicators know just how much we appreciate not only what they do to help save lives, but for the courageous and committed people they are.
To honor them during NPSTW, National Public Safety Telecommunicator Week, April 11-17, we will be sharing a new podcast each day featuring a telecommunicator nominated by their agency as an example of dedication and leadership. We’ll also feature the first responder to further demonstrate the teamwork that goes into keeping us safe. The podcasts are conducted by Ricardo Martinez from Within the Trenches.
