Let your voices of gratitude be heard during NPSTW

Every year we take time during NPSTW, National Public Safety Telecommunicator Week, to shine a spotlight on the unsung heroes who take our 911 calls.

911 telecommunicators are the voices on the phone that guide frantic parents through delivering babies; instruct children on how to perform CPR on a loved one; offer comfort to those experiencing unimaginable loss and so much more. It takes a special person to handle the immense pressure and responsibility of the job. They must remain calm under duress, make split-second decisions, and possess a level of empathy that allows them to connect with people in their most vulnerable moments. It’s a gift, and one that deserves our utmost recognition.

These dedicated men and women are the first point of contact when you call 911.

This year we are inviting you to participate with us in honoring these gifted people. Please stop by our booth at Navigator, April 14 – 17 and leave your voice of gratitude to these beacons of light, who are committed and passionate about what they do. We will publish the voices of gratitude right here on this blog.

Let’s celebrate these incredible individuals who answer the call when we need them most. They are the heartbeat of our emergency response system, and we are forever grateful for their service.

We look forward to seeing you at Navigator.
