The Motorola Solutions 2019 Hospitality Communications Survey reveals an inside look on some of the latest communication trends in the industry. As smartphone use increases, over ⅓ hospitality companies are using digital radios for crystal-clear, push-to-talk communication. Although communication technologies continue to advance, 4 out of 5 workers use more than one device to communicate. The survey highlights the need for instant communication, reliable video security, and more.
