Kristen McClain

Kristen McClain is the Vice President, Services Portfolio and CyberSecurity Business. As a VP she is leading Motorola's CyberSecurity service business into a new and more defined service, offer management and execution of services, as well as, education provided to partners and customers globally. She began her career in Motorola Mobile Devices where she held multiple Human Resources roles prior to joining Motorola Solutions. Kristen has led service operations and education, where she focused on improving service margins and transforming education into a user-centric organization. Kristen earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Leadership Development program.
