Network hardware repair: Allow our factory trained and properly certified technicians to detect and solve problems, analyze, test and repair your equipment in our centralized facilities.
Two days of support by Motorola Solutions system technologists: This level of support will be available during the entire period of validity of the contract to be used when you need it once the service is implemented.
Technical support: Our expert technicians are available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday at local time and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for cases of severity 1, for help you detect and solve network problems.
