LATINX
The LatinX business council is focused on increasing representation, advancement and inclusion of LatinX and Hispanic Motorolans and their allies through recruitment, development, engagement, volunteerism and outreach events.
Diversity, equity and inclusion is a mindset that influences our strategy and puts people first. We believe that our differences make us stronger, and we celebrate diversity in all forms.
Our people are our most important asset, and the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is a top priority. We embrace unique perspectives and experiences – actively seeking diverse opinions and cultures to expand our talent pool, drive innovation and make a positive change.
We build a diverse, high-performing workforce drawn from all segments of our global society and represented at all levels across our company.
We foster a supportive, fair and equitable environment where employees feel they belong, are engaged, connected to our business and invested in our collective success.
We enable a philosophy where DEI is integrated into operations, decisions, supply chain and philanthropic work, to support our communities and deliver innovative and responsible products.
More than just words, they are the traits that define us, and they represent the fundamental beliefs that we share as Motorolans.
“Helping girls grow as engineers opens up new possibilities to promote female talent and let the world know that Motorola is investing in its employees.”
“It’s important to experience diversity for a better understanding of others and to have the curiosity to want to know more about others.”
“You need to live the life that you want to live, and not try to cover anything up.”
