Now that you have accepted our offer, we will start the process of making sure that all the correct information is set up in our various systems so that your first day can be as productive as possible.

Some things we can do ourselves, but other things require more information from you. Additionally, there are things that you need to read and confirm to us. Below you will find a list of documents that we need from you.

	•	1974 - Penang plant was set up for manufacturing of two-way radios

Operations in Penang

Set up in 1974, both manufacturing operations and the product development functions have achieved ISO14001/ ISO9001/TL9000 accreditation.

	•	The facility in Penang is the company's only one in Asia Pacific that caters to two-way radio manufacturing, and acts as a one-stop radio communication solutions center It is equipped for the design, development, manufacture, distribution and support of its two-way radio products and solutions.
	•	Significant portion of the company's global market needs for two-way radios, mission-critical Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) and APCO P25 communications products are designed and made here.
	•	The Motorola Solutions Design Center in Penang is the first two-way radio design center in Malaysia and the only one in Asia with over 30 years of R&D expertise. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories for conducting rigorous product compliance tests for radio communication products. . The centre is recognized as an SEI-CMM® Level 5 organization with the highest level of software maturity as assessed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) from the Carnegie Mellon University in the USA.
	•	This centre also houses the Asia Pacific Customer Solutions Center to serve its Asia Pacific transportation and public safety customers.
