Motorola Solutions Wins UK Federation of Communication Services Award!

OBE Innovation in Business Radio Award 2013 for the MOTOTRBO DP4000 Ex. The judges were impressed with the entry that showed how Motorola has once again created an innovative new solution, this time for the ATEX two-way communications sector. The DP4000 Ex Series is more than just a radio: it combines a data modem, GPS receiver, analogue two-way radio, DMR digital two-way radio, short-data-messaging engine and hardware contacts allowing remote control and monitoring of equipment. All this is packaged in a rugged, waterproof, handheld package that meets requirements for use in potentially explosive environments.
