SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – Jan. 31, 2012 -- Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Lemko Corporation announced today that they have entered into an agreement to settle all pending litigation between them.

"We are pleased, with the resolution of these cases, that Lemko can now focus all of our energies to growing our business by providing our customers with innovative communications solutions," said Nicholas Labun, Lemko's CEO.
