Motorola Solutions, Lemko Corp. Jointly Announce Settlement of All Pending Litigation
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. – Jan. 31, 2012 -- Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Lemko Corporation announced today that they have entered into an agreement to settle all pending litigation between them.
Motorola Solutions had sued Lemko, Xiaohong Sheng, Shaowei Pan, Xiaohua Wu, Xuefeng Bai, Nicholas Labun, Bohdan Pyskir, Hechun Cai, Jinzhong Zhang, Ankur Saxena, Raymond Howell, Faye Vorick and Nicholas Desai in litigation pending in the Chicago federal district court. Lemko, Shaowei Pan, Xiaohua Wu and Xiaohong Sheng filed counterclaims against Motorola Solutions in that case and Lemko brought separate actions in Illinois state court against Motorola Solutions and Motorola Mobility.
All claims in these pending lawsuits have been dismissed with prejudice.
"We have resolved our differences in the litigation amicably," remarked a Motorola Solutions' spokesperson.
