Innovation to Enhance the Future of Fire Service Showcased at FRI 2013

Motorola will demonstrate its latest fire market solutions at the Fire-Rescue International (FRI) Expo on Aug. 16-17, 2013 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, Booth #3844. Highlights include Motorola’s new Incident Command Solution and Connected Emergency Medical Services (EMS) solutions.

Attendees will see how APX P25 radios, LTE devices, Integrated Command and Control along with Service from the Start will play a key role in the next generation of firefighting. They will also experience how, in the new world of big data, technology helps turns noise into information, information into intelligence, and intelligence into safety so that public safety agencies can do the absolute most with less – build safer cities, counties and states, and communities that thrive.

Motorola congratulates the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) on its 140th anniversary. The company is also pleased to co-sponsor the 2013 IAFC/Motorola Ben Franklin Award for Valor. For 44 years, this award has recognized first responders around the world for their expertise, leadership and heroism. The highest honor bestowed by the IAFC will be presented to this year’s recipient at FRI during the general session.
