UK Competition and Markets Authority unconditionally clears Motorola Solutions’ acquisition of Airwave
SCHAUMBURG, Ill., U.S. and LONDON – July 1, 2016 – Today the United Kingdom’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has unconditionally cleared Motorola Solutions’ acquisition of Airwave. The announcement by the CMA concludes its investigation.
Motorola Solutions completed its acquisition of Airwave, the largest private operator of a public safety network in the world, on Feb. 19, 2016.
