שיקגו – 1 ביוני, 2026 – מוטורולה סולושנס (NYSE:MSI) הודיעה כי חתמה היום על הסכם מחייב לרכישתD-Fend Solutions (D-Fend) , מובילה עולמית בהגנה מפני רחפנים, בתמורה ל-1.5 מיליארד דולר. עם אלפי פריסות ביותר מ-30 מדינות, הטכנולוגיה המוכחת בשטח של D-Fend, זוכה לאמון ארגוני ממשל, ביטחון הציבור והמגזר הציבורי, ומציגה צמיחה שנתית בהכנסות של למעלה מ-50% בשלוש השנים האחרונות, וצופה הכנסות של כ-185 מיליון דולר בשנת 2026.
