Beijing, May 22, 2012——Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI) will showcase its integrated public safety communication solutions at the China International Exhibition on Police Equipment (CIEPE) 2012 held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, May 22-25, 2012.

Motorola Solutions brings its comprehensive and reliable mission-critical emergency communication solutions to government and public safety users in China. These solutions span the four major fields of digital trunking, two-way radios, mobile policing and broadband wireless networks. Examples include emergency communication systems and devices, command and scheduling centers, combat policing platforms, mobile command vehicles, mobile rescue personnel and wireless video monitoring solutions, which support user demands for emergency command scheduling, rescue, investigation, arrests and other policing applications in mission-critical moments.

In order to more vividly demonstrate how its integrated communication solutions can guarantee real-time communication and effective action at its exhibition booth (No.J-1), Motorola Solutions showcases simulations of solution applications for emergency personnel, vehicles, and command and dispatch centers. Showcase displays these include the actual environment of the command and scheduling center, wireless video surveillance, mobile command vehicle scenarios and emergency communication/mobile rescue personnel scenarios. These scenarios enable visitors to experience first-hand, the different mission-critical environments of Motorola’s emergency communication solutions.

Command & scheduling center solution
This solution consists of a digital trunking dispatching station, 350MHz TETRA handheld two-way radio and digital trunking on-board radio, TETRA-II (TEDS) Base Station MTS4, TETRA Exchange Control Center and other systems and terminal devices required by the command platform.
Examples of its use include combat policing platforms, command control centers, single officer positioning command systems, 110 emergency call receiving and processing management platforms, assisted investigation and reporting systems, system-level recording scenario playback, device monitoring management systems, call statistics and analysis systems etc.
This solution deploys a precision TETRA network in order to provide users with a secure, efficient and interoperable specialized communication solution.

Mobile command vehicle solution
This solution consists of TETRA, mobile data terminals and WLAN equipment including: the TETRA-II (TEDS) MTM5400 On-Board Radio, enterprise-level ET1 mobility policing tablet equipment, mobile policing terminal devices (MC65, ES400, MC2100, MC3190Z), Motorola AP7161 Wireless Access Points etc.
Used in any emergency situations in the public safety field that require mobile command vehicles, this solution enables police personnel to manage accident sites and events quickly and efficiently.

Emergency communication/mobile rescue personnel solution
This solution consists of a highly waterproof trunked two-way radio, trunked onboard radio, CP328 Two-Way Radio, GP628+ water-tight two-way radio, Mag One A10/A12, relay station, handheld two-way radio, onboard radio and other TETRA and digital two-way radio equipment.
It comprises equipment that mobile rescue personnel wear consists of communication accessories including bone conduction earphones (skull and throat), temple headsets, dual/three-line monitoring earphones, ear bone conduction microphone headsets and high noise-cancelling remote speaker microphones.
This solution helps users to make calls easily and ensure that they can maintain reliable and secure communication with all personnel during critical missions at emergency sites.

Video surveillance solution
This solution consists of the equipment, application programs and wireless networks needed for fixed or mobile video monitoring. It is delivered through a broadband Wireless LAN framework in which AP7161 wireless access points are deployed.
It provides users with first-class network deployment, both in terms of capacity and performance, and enables them to easily sample, share and store videos at mission sites.
