Introducing the MiT5000 radio
Motorola Solutions Japan Ltd., a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI), today announced a new model Digital Convenience radio for Japan, the MiT5000.
The practical two-way radio has been designed to meet the needs of many Japanese industries and enables businesses to meet the government’s deadline for digital radio migration by November 2022.
The radio does not require wide-area network coverage and can help any business streamline its daily workflows while keeping team members connected and safe.
It is ideally suited industries including hospitality, manufacturing, construction, logistics and security.
The handy MiT5000 features high quality, easy-to-hear audio and a volume adjuster to automatically filter out background noise.
The “quick answer” feature enables users to respond to voice messages with a pre-recorded message when they are too busy to take calls.
The radio will be released for sale in Japan from March 2019 via Motorola Solutions radio dealers throughout the country.
