Motorola Solutions delivers industrial-focused solutions in China
Innovative partner programs and solutions support China’s growth sectors
BEIJING – Nov. 14, 2018 – Motorola Solutions’ (NYSE: MSI) Channel Partner Programme is boosting the capabilities of channel partners in China while showcasing how its MOTOTRBO™ portfolio can help organisations achieve their business goals.
With MOTOTRBO™ experience centres operating across the country and a dedicated channel partner university, Motorola Solutions continues to develop and support its local channel partners. A key focus of both the experience centres and the university is to develop purpose-built solutions to help commercial industries in China reach higher levels of efficiency, productivity and safety.
The solutions are tailored to meet organisational needs across China’s growth industries including transport and logistics, oil and gas, forestry, hospitality, manufacturing and retail. The scalable solutions can support companies of different sizes while meeting the needs of workers in a variety of different roles.

Motorola Solutions operates 14 MOTOTRBO™ Solutions Experience Centres across China to showcase its latest innovations in partnership with its channel partners.
“These centres demonstrate our full suite of professional communications solutions, including WAVE and MOTOTRBO Capacity MAX. The centres also serve as a meeting point for channel partners to collaborate and develop innovative solutions together – either in person or online with partners working in regional cities,” said Lily Fu, General Manager, Motorola Solutions China.
“The centres enable organisations to experience how our purpose-built solutions go beyond voice to increase safety and efficiency in their daily operations. From real-time indoor positioning technology to Man Down applications and beyond, these features are designed to increase situational awareness and safety for any business operation,” Fu said.

The Motorola Solutions Channel University programme provides market-specific training for channel partners in China. The successful programme comprises 135 partner companies and keeps partners fully informed of the latest innovations and technologies. This includes the handheld broadband device, LEX C10, designed specifically for the Chinese frequency band, which is also compatible with Chinese technologies including the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System.
“Through the university programme, partners gain a deeper understanding of the specific operational challenges faced in China’s key industries and the right solutions needed to solve them.
