Manuel Torres

Manuel Torres, 47, is senior vice president, sales, for Motorola Solutions’ Europe and Africa (EA) region. He is responsible for driving Motorola Solutions’ business across the EA region.

Torres joined Motorola in 1990 as a systems engineer. Most recently, he was vice president and general manager of the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Prior to that, Torres was director for sales and distribution for the radio business in Western Europe. Before joining Motorola, he worked as an engineer for Alcatel and Siemens.

Torres earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering from Madrid Politecnica University and master’s degree in business administration and management from the IESE Universidad de Navarra.
