Peter Leav

Peter Leav is a senior advisor at TPG, a leading global alternative asset manager with a principled focus on innovation. He was president and chief executive officer of McAfee, a global cybersecurity provider. Leav also served as president and chief executive officer of BMC Software, an information technology services and enterprise software company, and as president and chief executive officer of Polycom, a provider of video, voice and content collaboration solutions. 

Leav currently serves as vice chairman of the board of directors of Everfox and as a board member of New Relic. He previously served on the board of directors of Box, Proofpoint, HD Supply and The Eye-Bank for Sight Restoration.  

Leav earned a bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University.
