Peter Goulding, a Motorola Solutions Public Safety expert, will be speaking on day two of the conference (Wednesday) on “Developing Effective Communications between the Control Room and the Field Unit”. Peter will be exploring how cooperation and communication between the control room and the field unit differs significantly during major events from daily operations in terms of processes and technology requirements. He will examine how field operatives require more location based services and regular messaging streaming, the need for pictures and biometric information and the use of multiple communications channels used in parallel.
