CCW2016 - SERVICES COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The “Promoter” is Motorola Solutions UK Limited, a registered company with offices at; Viables Industrial Estate, Jays Close, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 4PD, United Kingdom. The “Entrant” is any individual that submits an entry to the Competition. The “Competition” is this Motorola Solutions CCW 2016 Services Competition.
2.1 The Promoter reserves the right not to consider entries if the Entrant submitting them does not conform to the requirements specified in these terms and conditions.
2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry to the Competition.
2.3. Employees of Motorola Solutions UK Limited or any affiliated company, its agencies, their families, or anyone professionally associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter. Entries by agents or any party acting on behalf of the Entrant will not be accepted.
2.4 There is a maximum of 1 (one) entry per Entrant.
3.1 All entries must be submitted via a correctly completed entry form. Partial or incorrectly completed forms will not be entered into the Competition.
3.2 All entries must be submitted via an original entry form. Copies of forms will not be entered into the Competition.
3.2 The closing date for all entries will be on 2nd June 2016, no entries received after this date will be entered into the Competition.
3.3 No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed, corrupted, illegible or incomplete entries to this Competition, which shall be disqualified at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.1 Competition prize(s) are as specified on the Entry form.
4.2 Correctly completed Entries will be entered into a prize draw where 1 (one) winning Entry will be selected at random. The prize draw will be carried out on the 7th June 2016. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
4.3 The winner will be contacted by e-mail within 7 days of the draw taking place using the information submitted in the Entry form.
4.4 In order to claim the Prize, the winner must supply the address to which the Prize shall be sent. This address must be supplied within 14 days of the latter of the prize draw or the winner notification being sent.
4.5 In the event that winners cannot be contacted or fail to reply to the email in accordance with clause 4.4 above, a secondary prize draw will be made to replace them. Any secondary prize draw will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original Competition.
5.1 The prizes will be as specified on the entry form. The Prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with one of equal value. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier and all product warranties, guarantees or other representations in relation to the Prize are as provided by the manufacturer or supplier. The Promoter will not be liable for any non-compatibility of the Prize with any other product or service.
5.2 No purchase is necessary.
5.3 Prizes will be dispatched within 21 days of the winner confirming their address in accordance with clause 4.4 above.
5.4 The Promoter will pay for all postage and packaging costs.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or change any details of, including but not limited to; the closing date, number or value of prizes offered, the competition at any time at its sole discretion.
7.1 The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or harm, however suffered, arising from any Entrant taking part in, winning, or collecting a prize under this Competition.
7.2 Nothing in this section shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or fraud on its part or the part of its employees. All other liability is hereby exclude.
9.1 These Terms and Conditions for the Competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 The Promoter and all Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of any dispute arising out of the Terms and Conditions.
