| Q : | I will be attending the event, what is the arrival and departure date that I need to book my air ticket for? |
| A : | Please arrange for your arrival in Taipei before 3 pm on 7 March, 2016 (Mon) and departure from Taipei on 9 March, 2016 (Wed). |
| Q : | How can I register and confirm my attendance for the conference? |

| Q : | I am invited but am unable to attend, can I send my colleague/staff to attend the conference instead? |
| A : | As this is subject to approval, please email your request of replacement representative to MotorolaPartnerConference@firstprotocol.com. A representative from Motorola will get in touch with you shortly thereafter. |
| Q : | I have registered for the event, but am no longer able to attend. Can I arrange for my colleague to replace me? |

| Q : | Do I need to book my own hotel room and travel arrangement for the conference? |
| A : | Hotel room reservations will be made on your behalf when you register for the event. It is important your travel details are clearly indicated on the online registration form. All accommodation charges will be billed to your credit card upon checkout, with the exception for some countries where the room accommodation will be billed to the master bill. Incidental charges will be billed to your credit card for all partners and Motorolans. |
| Q : | Will airport transfers be provided from airport to hotel and vice versa? |
| A : | Yes, transportation will be provided from airport – hotel – airport for arrivals on 7th March 2016 and departure on 9th March 2016. Upon arrival, please look out for the representative holding the event signage at the arrival hall. Any early arrivals before 7th March 2016 and departure after 9th March 2016 will be on your own arrangement. |
| Q : | I would like to arrive early or depart at a later date after the conference and would like to stay in the same hotel, would you be able to help me with the hotel reservations? |
| A : | Yes, we will be happy to assist with your pre and post accommodation arrangement with the event's hotel. Do note that the additional night(s) charges will be on own expense. The hotel rate per night (valid up to 2 days pre and post event) as follows subject to room availability. 1. Single Room: NT$8050++ 2. | Q : | If I would like to cancel the hotel reservation, when is the deadline for me do so without penalty? If I have missed the deadline, what is the penalty? |
| A : | Please email your request to MotorolaPartnerConference@firstprotocol.com. All cancellation requests must be submitted by 17th February 2016. Any cancellation requests received after 17th February 2016 will be subjected to full room rate charge (2 nights). No show attendance will be subjected to USD$3,000 cancellation charges unless the replacement delegate is provided. |
| Q : | What will be the preferred attire for this conference? |
| A : | Business casual (khaki pants, slacks, and skirts, as well as short-sleeved polo shirts and long-sleeved shirts, but excludes jeans, tennis shoes, tight or short skirts, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. |
| Q : | I have specific dietary requirements, can I request for special meals or do I have to make my own arrangement? |
| A : | Yes, special meals can be arranged (vegetarian, no pork no lard). Please indicate in the registration form under “specific Dietary requirements”. Kindly note that we are unable to provide Halal meals. |
| Q : | Will there be internet access in the hotel room? |
| A : | Yes, internet is available in your room. |
| Q : | Do I need to apply for tourist visa to enter Taipei? |
| A : | Visa requirements may be dependent on your country of origin. Please visit for more details. Motorola Solutions will provide an invitation letter which may be required to apply for a Visa. Visit here for details. |
