Ally to CommandCentral Aware

Ally can now send CAD Calls to CommandCentral Aware. Security operations centers that utilize both Ally and Aware can see their officers on the Aware map, but cannot see calls added to Ally. This solution streamlines workflows and brings Ally calls into the robust Aware ecosystem.

New calls with a lat/long will be added to the CommandCentral Aware map and will stay updated as units are dispatched and the call status changes within Ally.

Improved Clery Reporting

Colleges and universities are required to submit periodic Clery reports, providing a public-facing overview of the Clery-reportable crimes committed in the past three years for that college. Collecting this data by hand is time consuming. This update refines the Clery workflows in Ally, making it easier to perform the required reporting.

Included in this update is better reporting of certain statistics, adding Disability reporting for Hate Crimes, and breaking Hate Crimes out into their own section.

Placed Address Update

Places have been moved to the top of the Address results drop-down. For agencies using Places, this will reduce the time it takes to select the address.

Hide CAD Map

The CAD map can now be hidden on an agency-level. Simply go to Admin > CAD Settings and select "No" under "Enable CAD Map."

Daily Log Notes Search

A Notes search field has been added to Daily Logs, allowing users to search all Daily Log notes.
