We're excited to announce the availability of PremierOne Cloud CAD 4.5.3! Look for future communications on when PremierOne Cloud will be updated to 4.6.3.
RapidSOS Location as Default
Customers have been requesting the option to use RapidSOS location for their incidents with the ability to switch to other location sources. RapidSOS location can be more accurate than any other location provided through ANI/ALI.
The customer makes a change in provisioning to set RapidSOS as their default location, they can then use a button labeled “Switch” on the II form to change between RapidSOS, Legacy ALI, and Manual Location.
