Details View for Event-Based Dashboard Widgets

Dive into incident details for a segment within select dashboard widgets to better understand the data points shown by the widget.

With this new update, you can click on a segment of select event-based widgets on a Comparison Dashboard (such as a slice in a pie chart) to see a list of the underlying incident details. Up to 500 incidents can be shown. While reviewing the list of incidents for that segment, you can also click on a “View Narrative” link for an incident in the list to reveal all details for that incident. This update applies to CommandCentral Analytics Plus and CommandCentral Analytics Standard.

Grid-to-Map Integration

With this new Grid-to-Map feature, your investigators can be more efficient when examining data within the data grid of CommandCentral Analytics Standard or Plus. To view the location of a data grid row within the map, investigators simply click the “Zoom” button which triggers the icon associated with that data grid row to highlight while the map automatically zooms into it enabling the investigator to quickly review lists of incidents and determine how and where crimes were committed. From there the investigator can access additional information such as the responding officer’s narrative.

Workbook View for Data Grid

With column sorting and advanced filtering capabilities that rival traditional spreadsheets, your investigators can more easily spot trends with greater accuracy than ever before.

Data Classification Manager

With this new Data Classification Manager feature, agency administrators can quickly and easily manage inbound incident data, assign categories and NIBRS coding to ensure investigators have accurate and reliable data in order to detect crime trends and solve crimes faster.
