Consequently, and in accordance with the subsidiarity reporting provisions transposed into Spanish law, Motorola Solutions España, S.A. has limited this disclosure exclusively to the financial and tax information currently available to it regarding its own local operations.A comprehensive global Public Country-by-Country Report for the Group will be centrally filed and published by the Group's Irish affiliate by December 2026, in accordance with the 12-month reporting timeline applicable in Ireland."
