Psion Services and Support will officially transition to Motorola Solutions in 2014. While the service names and contact information will change over time, our commitment to providing timely services and support for our products will not.

If your product is in need of repair, you can also log in to Teknet from here to request RMAs for products that are under warranty, covered by a service contract or through a Time and Material based charge.

We will continue to offer Psion Modular and Psion Primary services to support the Psion handheld devices that have recently become part of the Motorola Solutions family. As we welcome these packages to our Service from the Start family the names will initially stay the same to minimize disruption to you and your operations.
